The solar panels are installed in six locations within the premises of which is also owned by the NEA. It provides smart PV solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, utility scale, energy storage systems, and microgrids. The solar farm is under development by a consortium comprising of Egypt, Asunim Solar from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and I-kWh Company, an energy consultancy firm also based in the UAE.
